You need Oracle/SQL software to test and work provided examples. You can get the free version of SQL software called MYSQL from MySql web site or you can get the free version of oracle called Oracle Personal Edition from oracle web site. These versions lacks the more elegant SQL graphical user interface available in Oracle/sql standard editions.
You can also purchase Developer, Standard, Enterprise editions from link bellow or any other software vendor stores/web sites.
